INTRODUCTION

Human Resource Unit, is headed by a Chief Assistant Director (Management) of grade M48 and Assistant Managing Director of grade M41. The department is responsible for planning and managing the activities of the Human Resources in Miri Hospital as well as providing advice and support to other activities in Miri Hospital.

OBJECTIVE

Ensure Human Resource Management is implemented efficiently, properly and effectively in accordance with regulations prescribed to meet customer needs.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

  1. Planning and implementing hospital administrative policies.
  2. Planning and implementing all human resource activities and office management.
  3. Planning and implementing all activities using HRMIS for SKT and LNPT including departmental assistance and advisory services.
  4. Planning and implementing training and development of human capital for human resource staff.
